I haven’t posted a grocery haul here on the blog in almost two months. I’ve been working on my E-Cookbook, which has been keeping me super busy! I went to a few different stores this week and felt like there were several items to highlight. This haul is a mixture of Harris Teeter, Costco, Trader Joes and a couple of things from Publix.Β I’ll discuss the main products below and include my dinner menu for the week as well. Unfortunately, I didn’t get my receipts separated and totaled up this week. Other than that, I included as many details as possible. Have a great week!
Here’s what I picked up this week:
From Harris Teeter:
- Chicken breast
- Two Good yogurts
- Cheddar & Mozzarella cheese
- Olive oil
- Cream cheese
- Enchilada sauce
- Red bell peppers, green beans, jalapenos, garlic, onions
From Costco:
- Almond flour
- Eggs
- Rao’s marinara sauce
- Kerrygold butter
- Sparking water (not pictured)
- Everything bagel seasoning
- Paprika
From Trader Joes:
- Chile Lime chicken burgers
- Unexpected cheddar cheese
- Pork & beef sausage links
From Publix:
- Real Good breakfast sandwiches
- Rebel ice cream
From Amazon:
- Quest Nutrition loaded taco tortilla chips
Product Highlights:
Almond Flour. I use this to make low carb waffles, cheesecake crust, fathead dough, etc. This brand from Costco is my favorite and is only $12.99 for this 3 pound bag.
Everything Bagel Seasoning. Costco now carries this large container of ebtb seasoning! It was $4.49 and located on the aisle with the other spices.
Rao’s Marinara Sauce. This is my favorite low carb sauce! It contains 4 carbs per serving and is $10.79 for these two large jars at Costco.
Kerrygold Butter. Only $10.99 for 4 bars at Costco.
Waterloo Sparking Water. I just started buying this brand of sparking water. It’s really good, but I think I still prefer Bubly. This 24-pack was $8.49 at Costco. I will definitely purchase again!
Two Good Yogurts. These are a weekly buy for me. Each yogurt contains 3 carbs. I find them at Harris Teeter, Target, Walmart and Food Lion. Here’s a store locator if you want to find them near you.
Unexpected Cheddar Cheese. This is from Trader Joes. It’s one of my favorite cheeses!
Chile Lime Chicken Burgers. These are another Trader Joes staple. They make the perfect lunch and are only 1 net carb per burger.
Pork & Beef Hot Link Sausages. These are one of my favorite sausages. I always pick a pack of two up when I go to Trader Joes. Each sausage link contains 2 net carb.
Real Good Breakfast Sandwiches. I picked these up at Publix. The nearest one is about half an hour away, so I don’t go there often. I was on that side of town and stopped by just to pick these up. They are so delicious and make the perfect quick breakfast. Each sandwich contains 2 net carbs. They are located in the freezer section with the regular breakfast products.
Rebel Creamery Ice Cream. I picked this up at Publix as well. It was $5.99 a pint but I really wanted to try it. It’s pretty good, although I’m not crazy about the texture. I would purchase if again if I caught it on sale.
Quest Nutrition Protein Chips. Last but not least, I ordered a box of this new loaded taco flavor from Amazon. I love the ranch and nacho cheese flavors, but these are even better! They are SO good! Pricy, but so worth it to me! Here’s a link if you’re interested.
Dinners Planned:

Jersey Mike’s Sub-in-a-Tub. I usually order something different each time I go. My favorites are the Italian, Club Sub, Ham & Provolone and the Philly Cheesesteak tubs. Nutrition information is available on their website.
