It’s been a while since I’ve posted one of my grocery hauls on the blog! I’m so happy to finally have this new blog up and running and to be able to regularly post them again! This week I went to Walmart and also picked up a couple of extra items from Harris Teeter. Everything I purchased is pretty basic, but I did pick up a few items that I wanted to point out. I’ll also post my dinners planned for this week at the end of this post. Have a great week!

- Cheese, eggs, Kerrygold butter
- Elli Quark yogurt (Purchased from Harris Teeter)
- Chicken and ground beef (Purchased from Harris Teeter)
- Quest chips, Real Good enchiladas & mini pizzas, whisp
- Sugar free BBQ sauce, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes
- Tuna pouches
- Green peppers, garlic, onion, avocados, asparagus, mushrooms, lettuce, jalapenos
- Bone broth (Purchased from Harris Teeter)
- Slimfast Keto Fat Bombs
I’ve seen several people post about these Slimfast Keto fat bombs on Instagram. I was curious, so decided to buy them to try out. They are actually really tasty! I was expecting to see maltitol on the ingredient list, but to my surprise, they are sweetened with stevia and erythritol. Each fat bomb contains 90 calories, 9g of fat, 1g of protein and 1 net carb. They are great for convenience, but at a whopping $9.97 a box, this is something I won’t be purchasing on a regular basis. I found them in the pharmacy section on the aisle with the Atkins products.
These Quest tortilla protein chips are something I buy regularly. They taste a lot like doritos and are only 4 net carbs per bag. I love both the Nacho Cheese and Ranch flavors, but they were sold out of ranch this week. They are located in the pharmacy section on the aisle with the protein bars and shakes. I have also found them at GNC, Vitamin Shoppe and Amazon.
I get asked a lot about these tuna pouches. They are really good! The Jalapeno flavor is my favorite with Buffalo being a close second. There are tons of flavor varieties to choose from. This one contains 2 carbs per pouch.
I get a lot of questions about these whisps too. At my Walmart, they are located on top of the cheese case near the deli and produce section. This flavor is my favorite, but I like them all. I incorporate them into my snack plate lunches and use them in salads. If you need some keto friendly snack plate ideas, I have a couple of post here with some of my favorites.
This is the sugar free BBQ sauce I always use. It contains 2 carbs per serving and is on the aisle with the regular condiments. They also have a sugar free ketchup that is tasty as well.
The Elli Quark’s are from Harris Teeter, but I find them at Target at Whole Foods as well. They are very much like yogurt and are sweetened with stevia and erythritol. These flavors each contain 80 calories, 0g fat, 14g of protein and 6 net carbs. Yogurt is something that I miss on keto, so I usually have one of these a week. I’m so excited that Walmart now carries the Realgood Foods products! They had been hard to come by in my area. I went to Walmart specifically for their new poppers, but they were sold out this week. I tried them a couple of weeks ago and loved them. Since they were out, I picked up a box of the beef enchiladas (2 net carbs) and a box of the mini pizzas (3 net carbs per serving).
