I love sheet pan meals! They are easy to customize to your liking and are packed with flavor! Plus you don’t have to dirty up a bunch of dishes, making clean up a breeze. For this sheet pan dinner, I kept it simple and used sausages, green beans and a red bell pepper. I tossed everything with some seasonings and olive oil for a quick 30 minute meal.

I used the Aidells brand of sausages for this sheet pan meal. I also like the ones from Trader Joe’s or the Pederson’s brand. All have pretty clean ingredients. Green beans are my favorite vegetable, but you could also use brussel sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus or zucchini. As far as the seasonings, I used garlic powder, onion powder and dried oregano for some extra flavor. This meal is one of my go-to’s when I need a quick, easy dinner during the week. If you love keto sheet pan meals, then this recipe is a must try!
