I love sheet pan meals! They are easy to customize to your liking and are packed with flavor! Plus you don’t have to dirty up a bunch of dishes!
For this sheet pan dinner, I kept it simple and used sausages, green beans and a red bell pepper. I tossed everything with some seasonings and olive oil and dinner was served in under 30 minutes.
I always use the Aidells brand cajun style andouille sausages or the Sam’s Choice smoked sausages from Walmart. Both have clean ingredients. You can use whatever sausage you prefer. Green beans are my favorite vegetable, but you could also use brussel sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini or bell peppers. As far as the seasonings, I just used my favorites for some extra flavor. Hope you enjoy!
