Pepperoni Skillet Pizza

This skillet pizza is one of the first things I made when I started keto. I started seeing them all over Instagram and after a little practice, have been making them on a regular basis ever since. The best part is you only need two basic ingredients: shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni; plus any desired seasonings. It’s so crispy and delicious!

Pepperoni Skillet Pizza

  • Prep time: 5 minutes
  • Cook time: 3 minutes
  • Serves: 1
  • Calories 345


  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 pepperoni slices
  • Italian seasoning
  • Red pepper flakes, optional


  • 1)

    Heat an 8-inch skillet over medium heat.

    Sprinkle the cheese evenly into a circular shape onto skillet.

  • 3)

    When the cheese starts to melt, top with pepperoni slices and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

  • 4)

    Cook until the edges are brown and crispy (2-3 minutes).

  • 5)

    Transfer to a plate and slice. Top with red pepper flakes, if desired.
