Low Carb Walmart Grocery Haul

This weeks grocery haul is from Walmart. It’s very basic, but includes some of my favorite keto friendly products that I can only get from there. I included details about those products as well as this weeks cost and my meals planned. Have a great week!

Products I purchased this week include:
  • Avocados, green peppers, cucumber, asparagus, jalapenos, riced cauliflower and lemons. (I forgot to put the onions and lettuce in the photo)
  • Eggs, heavy whipping cream, sour cream, mozzarella and cheddar cheese
  • Sugar free bbq sauce, sugar free ketchup, diced tomatoes
  • Bacon, ground beef, chicken breast, hot dogs, sausage patties. The bacon and beef were purchased from Harris Teeter.
  • Pizootz peanuts, Oh Snap dilly bites, La Croix sparkling water


My grand total was: $96.15

My absolute favorite sausage patties! They taste exactly like the ones from McDonalds! I find them in the freezer section and they contain 0 carbs per patty.

Anytime I ever include these Oh Snap dilly bites in my grocery haul on Instagram, I get questions on where to find them. At Walmart, they are located in a refrigerator case near the deli and produce section. I also find them at Sprouts and Target as well. They are 0 carbs per serving and are a handy snack!

Theses Applegate Naturals hot dogs are really good! They are 0 carb and have super clean ingredients!

I love this brand of riced cauliflower. I just steam it in the microwave as directed on the back of the bag and serve. It’s really good and contains 1 net carb per serving.

My favorite sugar free ketchup! It contains 1 carb per tablespoon and is so tasty! Walmart is the only place I’ve ever been able to find it.

I love this brand of bbq sauce too! It contains 2 carbs for two tablespoons. I find it at Walmart with the other bbq sauces. Each of the flavors I have tried are delicious!

These peanuts are so good! They come in several different flavors, but the baja taco is my favorite! They contain 4 net carbs per serving.

I bought this Pederson’s bacon last week at my local Harris Teeter. It’s pricy, but is tasty and you can’t beat the clean ingredients! I wasn’t impressed with Walmart’s bacon selection, so went to Harris Teeter. I came across this and it was clearanced out for $4 off per pack! I purchased two packs and put them in the freezer. Hopefully I can find it on sale again!

With these items and what I already have on hand, my meals planned for this week include:
1. Low Carb Chili (Recipe coming soon)
2. Chili Cheese Dog Bowl (Using the leftover chili)
3. Low Carb Chicken Tenders and Salad (I use this recipe).
4. Bunless Bacon Cheeseburger
5. Low Carb Chicken Alfredo Skillet (A new recipe I’m testing out).
6. Five Guys Burger Bowl
I’m also making my Low Carb Breakfast Casserole this week and will do my usual snack plate lunches. I have a keto friendly snack plates post on the blog if you need ideas.
