I used to love Manwich before starting keto! I’ve been craving it for a long time and after looking at a can at the grocery store, decided I would make my own. It turned out really tasty and was approved by my non-keto husband! It actually tastes better than the canned sauce and is made with simple ingredients.
I used half of a Cutdacarb flatbread as my “bun” and it was perfect! I added the sloppy joe mixture and shredded cheese into the flatbread, folded it in half and pan fried it until it was crispy. I didn’t even miss the bun! You could also use your favorite low carb bun or bread for a more traditional sloppy joe. These sloppy joes are super easy to make and only require basic pantry ingredients. Enjoy!
