Low Carb Cranberry Sauce

November 23, 2019Laura

I’m going to keep this post short, since I didn’t plan on sharing another new recipe until after Thanksgiving. However, after sharing my 12+ Keto Holiday Side Ideas post, I had several people message me asking about low carb cranberry sauce. Someone said my sides idea post wasn’t complete without it, haha! It’s easy to make, so I thought I would share my version.

This is basically like any other traditional cranberry sauce recipe, except I use powdered erythritol (this is the brand I use) instead of sugar. In place of orange juice or zest, I use orange extract and add in a little vanilla extract as well. It’s super easy to make and will make your holiday dinner complete! I hope you have a great Thanksgiving!
