I love simple skillet meals! They are quick, easy and clean up is a breeze! I actually threw this skillet together one night when I had my regular chicken parmesan on the menu. When I started gathering my ingredients, I realized I didn’t have a couple of the main ones on hand. I still wanted chicken parm and this is how this skillet was created. It turned out so good!
My regular chicken parmesan recipe has a crust that’s made out of crushed pork rinds and seasonings. Pork rinds was one of the ingredients I didn’t have, so the chicken in this skillet doesn’t have a crust. But it does have LOTS of cheese and the sauce is so flavorful! Enjoy!
