Low Carb Buffalo Chicken Pizza

I started making these low carb pizzas very early on in my journey. I love pizza and it was something I wanted a substitution for right away. This is so much like a regular, thin crust pizza and is so simple to make! I love using buffalo chicken as a pizza topping! Low Carb Buffalo Chicken Pizza

  • Prep time: 5 minutes
  • Cook time: 8 minutes

Ingredients

Buffalo Chicken:

  • 1/2 cup shredded chicken breast
  • 2 Tbsp buffalo wing sauce

Pizza:

  • 1 low carb tortilla
  • 2 Tbsp ranch dressing
  • 3 slices bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • Italian seasoning

Method

  • 1)

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.

  • 2)

    Mix buffalo wing sauce with cooked, shredded chicken.

  • 3)

    Top tortilla shell with ranch dressing, mozzarella cheese, buffalo chicken, crumbled bacon and Italian seasoning.

  • 4)

    Bake for 8 minutes or until crispy.
