I love taquitos! Thanks to low carb tortillas/flatbreads, they’re really easy to make and taste just as delicious as regular ones! I prefer beef, but chicken or even pork would be delicious as well. You can fry these in the skillet or bake them in the oven- I included both methods below. Either way, these are quick to make, are super crunchy and filling!
Don’t forget to serve them with your favorite dippers! We like sour cream, salsa and guacamole. I usually set out a side of Quest tortilla protein chips as well. They’re also yummy topped with some warm queso dip! So many yummy options!
