Low Carb BBQ Little Smokies

December 28, 2019Laura

It’s almost January friends! I honestly can’t believe I’m writing my last post of the year. I am planning out my New Year’s Eve menu for next week and wanted to get my BBQ Little Smokies recipe on here before the end of the year. They’re one of my absolute favorite appetizers! I am also making Mini Sausage Stuffed Peppers from my E-Cookbook and will probably put together a small Charcuterie Board. You can find some Charcuterie Board ideas here. I also have recipes for Keto Beef Queso Dip and Jalapeno Popper Dip that are great as well!

I know there’s tons of little smokies recipes out there, but I wanted to share how I make mine. I use two packages of little smokies, sugar free BBQ sauce and some seasonings. You can use your favorite homemade or bottled sugar free sauce. Just whisk the seasonings and BBQ sauce together until combined, dump everything in your slow cooker and let them cook. I thought about trying these in the Instant Pot, but since I’ve always made them in the slow cooker, I stuck with that method.

If you include these little smokies as a part of your NYE spread, I hope you and your guests enjoy them. Thank you for all of your support this past year! I love seeing you all make and share my recipes. Have a safe and wonderful New Year!

Mini Sausage Stuffed Peppers. This recipe and many others is available in my E-Cookbook.
