Low Carb Aldi & Harris Teeter Grocery Haul

May 20, 2019Laura

It seems like it’s been forever since I’ve posted a grocery haul! I got back from Amsterdam a week ago and am so happy to be back home and adjusted. I went to the store the day after we got back and picked up a few things to get me through the week, then did a larger haul on Friday. This week I went to Aldi and Harris Teeter. I included a couple of items that I got from Costco as well. I’ll include a few product details, my total and meals planned for the week.

Items from Aldi:

  • Eggs, heavy whipping cream, parmesan cheese, pepper jack cheese
  • Jalapenos, brussel sprouts, cucumber, garlic, lemons, raspberries (Not pictured)
  • Canned diced tomatoes, chicken broth, salsa, pecans
  • Bacon, salami bites
  • Total: $40.56

Items from Harris Teeter:

  • Chicken breast, ground chicken, smoked sausages
  • Lettuce, coleslaw mix, red onions
  • Shredded Mexican blend cheese, Two Good yogurts
  • Enchilada sauce
  • Total: $43.55

Items from Costco:

  • Rao’s marinara sauce
  • Kerrygold butter
  • Frozen burgers

Product Highlights:

These yogurts are SO good! I love to have one as a quick snack or for breakfast. They contain 3 carbs per yogurt. Here’s a store locator.

These smoked sausages are my favorite! They contain 1 carb per link and have clean ingredients.

These mini salami bites are a snack plate staple! I find them at Aldi with the cheeses.

I highlight this bacon every grocery haul. It’s my absolute favorite from Aldi!

We love this salsa! My favorite is the Kirkland brand from Costco, but my husband prefers this one. You can’t beat 89 cents a jar either!

My Costco finally started carrying the Rao’s marinara sauce. The regular size jars are usually $8.99 each at Harris Teeter when they’re not on sale. These large jars were $10.99 for the pack. Each 1/2 cup serving contains 4 carbs.

I’m usually asked about these frozen burgers when I post about them on Instagram. I love them and they’re super convenient. I misplaced my receipt and don’t have the exact price, but I’m thinking around $14.99.

Dinners Planned:

Low Carb Beef Taquitos

Keto Cheesy Bacon BBQ Chicken

Low Carb Coleslaw.

I’ll serve this with my BBQ Bacon Chicken.

Low Carb Meatball Bake

Easy Chicken Enchiladas

Keto Creamy Lemon Chicken Skillet. This will be a new recipe I’m testing out.

Bunless Burgers

I’ll also be making a batch of my Easy Egg Salad to have for lunches this week.
