I love snack plates! I started putting them together the first week that I started keto and am still enjoying them four years later. They are quick, simple, tasty and you get a nice variety. They also make the perfect lunch. I love including pepperoni or salami, cheese, pickles, nuts, berries and usually a little sweet treat. Hard boiled eggs, mini stuffed peppers with cold salads and veggies are a great option as well. Below are a few of my favorite plates. I didn’t include nutrition information of the plates, but included what is on each one as well as product details and recipe links. I hope you find something you like!
Plate 1: Boar’s Head deli meat, sopressata dry sausage, cucumber slices, one hard boiled egg, cheese, pecans mini dill pickles, parm crisps (This is the Everything flavor from Costco-highly recommend!) and a sugar free white chocolate square from ChocZero. The cucumber and egg are topped with Everything but the bagel seasoning.
