I love skillet recipes! They’re easy to make, clean up is a breeze and they are great for meal prep. I had some chicken sausages in the fridge that I needed to use, so I decided to come up with a simple skillet recipe. It turned out to be so tasty and was crazy easy to throw together!
The ingredients that I used are staple items that I always have on hand. When I planned out the recipe, I didn’t have to go to the store for a single item. You will need your favorite chicken sausages, cauliflower rice, garlic, onion, parmesan cheese and seasonings. Like I said, really basic ingredients.
I used the Gilbert’s brand chicken sausages that I picked up from Harris Teeter/Kroger. Here’s a link to the ones I bought. They also have a store locator on their website if you want to find them near you. The ingredients are simple, clean and they only contain 1 carb per sausage. I also like the Sam’s Choice brand from Walmart as well as the Aidell’s brand.
