Keto Cheeseburger Salad

September 3, 2020Laura

My number one pregnancy craving has been cheeseburgers. I love bunless burgers, but am obsessed with this cheeseburger salad! It’s filled with all of the classic burger toppings and is delicious topped with my homemade Keto Burger Sauce. I’ve made it several times over the past few months and it’s become a regular on our dinner menu.

This cheeseburger salad is filled with ground beef, romaine lettuce, shredded cheese, red onion, grape tomatoes, dill pickles and bacon bits. Once I assemble the salad, I top it with burger sauce before serving. You can also serve the sauce on the side as well. For the ground beef, I seasoned it with some basic seasonings, worcestershire sauce and a little yellow mustard.

You can also customize the toppings on this salad to your liking. Other topping options that would pair well include: avocado slices, sauteed mushrooms, jalapenos, bell peppers or grilled onions. There are so many possibilities! If you give it a try, tag me on Instagram so I can see your creations!
