I have been making these cheese “crackers” ever since I started keto four years ago. They are so simple to make and remind me a lot of cheez-its! The best part is, you only need two ingredients—sliced cheese and your favorite seasonings. They’re one simple snack I sometimes forget about, so I put them here on the blog since I reference it for snack ideas and meal planning.
I use the thin slices of sargento cheese for these crackers. You can use whatever flavor you like, I usually stick with cheddar. For the seasonings, I did half with garlic salt and half with Everything but the bagel seasoning. You could also use ranch seasoning, paprika or chili powder.
