Keto Cheese Crackers

I have been making these cheese “crackers” ever since I started keto four years ago. They are so simple to make and remind me a lot of cheez-its!  The best part is, you only need two ingredients—sliced cheese and your favorite seasonings. They’re one simple snack I sometimes forget about, so I put them here on the blog since I reference it for snack ideas and meal planning.

I use the thin slices of sargento cheese for these crackers. You can use whatever flavor you like, I usually stick with cheddar. For the seasonings, I did half with garlic salt and half with Everything but the bagel seasoning. You could also use ranch seasoning, paprika or chili powder.

Keto Cheese Crackers

  • Prep time: 5 minutes
  • Cook time: 15 minutes
  • Total time: 20 minutes
  • Serves: 2 (Serving Size: 10 crackers)
  • Calories 112.5


  • 5 slices thinly sliced cheese, I used Sargento ultra thin
  • Salt, garlic salt, or Everything but the bagel seasonings


  • 1)

    Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. 

  • 2)

    Cut each cheese slice into quarters, for a total of 20 squares.

    Place sliced cheese onto baking sheet, leaving enough space in between so they don’t melt together. Sprinkle top with desired seasonings. I used garlic salt on half and Everything but the bagel seasoning on the other half.

  • 4)

    Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is browned. Oven times vary, so watch closely. Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Crackers will harden as they cool. Enjoy as a snack or with your favorite dip.
