Since it’s Super Bowl week, I knew I had to share an appetizer recipe with you all. It took me three tries, but I finally nailed the perfect queso recipe! I was planning out our menu for Super Bowl Sunday and my husband suggested queso. The only queso I’ve ever made uses Velveeta, so I decided to make my own. Once I got the measurements perfected, it was super simple to make and turned out SO good!
For low carb dippers I suggest using pork rinds, cucumber slices, celery sticks, bell pepper slices or cheese crisp. You can also make “chips” out of low carb tortilla or flatbreads. My Super Bowl menu will definitely include this queso, my Enchilada Soup and a simple Charcuterie Board. I have a Jalapeno Popper Dip that is delicious as well.
