Easy Keto Super Bowl Recipe Ideas

February 1, 2019Laura

Since the Super Bowl is on Sunday, I decided to put together a post that includes some easy recipes that are perfect for game day. Even your non-keto guest will enjoy these! Have a fun weekend!

Meat & Cheese Board. I love seeing snack boards at parties! They’re easy to put together and you can fill them with so many great things. Check out my Charcuterie Board post for ideas.

Jalapeno Popper Dip. This dip is SO delicious and super easy to make! Recipe can be found here.

Beef Queso Dip. I just posted this recipe a few days ago. It’s so good served with veggies, pork rinds or “chips” made out of low carb flatbread.

Low Carb Taco Chili. Recipe can be found here. This is the perfect game day chili! It’s great served with shredded cheese, jalapeno slices, avocado, sour cream and lime wedges.

Low Carb Chili. My regular chili recipe is a great option as well! You won’t even miss the beans. Check out the recipe here.

Chicken Enchilada Soup. Since I made chili earlier this week, I’m making this on Sunday! It’s one of our favorites! The recipe can be found here.

Low Carb Beef Taquitos. These are great both baked and fried. They make the perfect finger food and are great served with sour cream, guacamole and salsa. Check out the recipe here.

BBQ Chicken Taquitos. These taquitos are really tasty and only require five ingredients. You can view the recipe here.

Cheese Crisp Nachos. An old favorite that is so easy to make! Find the recipe here.

Enchilada Meatball Bake. The meatballs are made with taco seasoning then topped with enchilada sauce and lots of cheese. Recipe here.

Shredded Buffalo Chicken. This is one of my favorite recipes! I love making low carb quesadillas and wraps with it. It also makes a good nacho topping. Your non-keto guest can eat it on slider buns with coleslaw. There are so many options! Check out the recipe here.

Salsa Chicken. This shredded salsa chicken is another great option that’s made in the crockpot. It only requires three ingredients! The recipe can be found here.

Low Carb Pizza. I don’t have a pizza recipe, but made this last night for dinner. I just took a Cutdacarb flatbread and topped it with Rao’s pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni and Italian seasoning. I baked it at 375 for about 12 minutes and cut it into strips. It’s good dipped in ranch or marinara sauce.
