Easy Keto Ranch Dressing

February 29, 2020Laura

Last week, my husband requested that I make my own homemade ranch dressing recipe. I knew that the base for ranch was sour cream and mayo, so I played around with the herbs and spices until I got the perfect balance. It turned out so good and was super simple to make! I prefer making homemade versions of everything that I possibly can, so I’m not sure why I waited so long to make a ranch dressing.

I always enjoy making my own dips, sauces and spice blends because not only do they taste better, you know exactly what’s in them. This ranch is perfect on top of salads or as a veggie and chicken dip. I also like drizzling some on top of low carb pizzas or spreading some on the crust instead of marinara sauce. You can utilize this homemade version just like you would the bottled stuff.

For this ranch dressing, you will need mayo, sour cream, heavy whipping cream, lemon juice, some herbs and spices. I kept it as simple as possible and used ingredients that I already had on hand. I gave everything a good whisk and put it in the fridge for later. Just let it chill for at least an hour before serving it, so the flavors can enhance. If you give this ranch a try, be sure to let me know what you think! I hope you enjoy it!
