Easy Keto Cheesy Bread

If you follow me on Instagram, then you know a lot has changed since the last time I wrote a blog post—I had a baby! She was born on November 12th, 2020 at 1:17 am. We named her Ivy Pearl (Pearl was my grandmother’s name). She is almost 3 months old now and is such a precious baby!

Now that we have established a routine, things are getting easier and I am slowly transitioning back into recipe creating. I made this Keto Cheesy Bread last Saturday and decided to snap some photos to share here on the blog. I started making it two or three years ago from a recipe screenshot I saw on Pinterest. It’s not linked to anyone’s website or page, so I decided to share my version of it.

This really couldn’t be any easier to make. For the ingredients, you just need: shredded mozzarella cheese, grated parmesan cheese (I use the kind in the green can), an egg and garlic powder. You simply combine everything together in a bowl, transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, flatten it out and bake it. Be sure you use parchment paper and not wax! I usually let it cool for a couple of minutes, then slice it into sticks with a pizza cutter.

How do I serve them? These are great as a snack dipped in some low carb marinara sauce. My favorite is Rao’s. I also make them with my Low Carb Meatball Bake or Chicken Parmesan Skillet. If you give this recipe a try, I hope you love it as much as I do!

Be sure to follow me on Instagram and Pinterest for more low carb meal ideas. If you make this or any of my recipes, I would love it if you tagged me on Instagram so I can see your creations!
