I’m going to keep this post short and sweet, since I didn’t plan on sharing this on the blog. I was getting tired of spending $4-5 for a jar of burger sauce at the grocery store and decided to whip up my own when we had burgers the other night. I like to control what I put in my food and with sauces in particular, they usually don’t have the cleanest ingredients. Plus homemade taste better anyway. It turned out great, so I decided to share the recipe with you all!
As usual, I kept the ingredients basic. Here’s what you need to make my burger sauce: mayo, sugar free ketchup, dill relish, pickle juice and some seasonings. Give it a good whisk, refrigerate and enjoy! I’ll definitely be making this every time I have burgers on the menu for now on!
I like pairing my bunless burgers with bacon, lettuce, jalapenos, pickles, red onion, tomato, burger sauce, sugar free ketchup and mustard. As far as sides, I like coleslaw, deviled eggs and green beans. You can find my recipes for those here.
