Followers often ask me for keto lunch ideas. I just moved to a new place this week and thought it would be the perfect time to write up a simple post with some easy options. Everything is almost unpacked and I am hoping to get back to recipe creating in the next week or two. For this lunch ideas post, I included some simple snack plate style lunches, a couple of my favorite on-the-go options and some dinner/meal prep options that make the perfect lunch leftovers. Unfortunately, I didn’t include nutrition information for each plate, but everything should be easy to calculate. I hope you find some ideas that you like!
Chicken Salad mini pepper plate. I paired this plate with almonds, blueberries, pickles, olives, cheese and a milk chocolate square from ChocZero. The chicken salad recipe is a part of my E-cookbook and is one of my favorite cold salads.
For 10% off your entire ChocZero order, you can use discount code “getfitlaura” at checkout. You can visit their website here. I love their new peanut butter cups, milk chocolate squares, keto barks and maple syrup.
Here is another chicken salad plate option. I love using cheese crisp as a dipper (these are the Whisp brand). This plate also includes: pecans, strawberries, Unexpected cheddar cheese from Trader Joe’s, cucumber slices and a milk chocolate peanut butter cup from ChocZero.
I also have a tuna salad recipe on my blog that I make on a regular basis. I love stuffing it in mini peppers and serving it with some of my favorite snack plate staples.
Deli Meat Plate. I usually stick with the Applegate Natural deli meats or Boar’s Head from the deli. This plate is paired with mini peppers, raspberries, Legendary Foods pizza almonds (I will link them in my Amazon favorites at the bottom of the page), cucumber slices, olives, cheddar cheese and a ChocZero square.
Tuna Pouch Plate. I love this jalapeno flavor as well as the hot buffalo flavors. I either eat the tuna as is or mix it with some mayo and egg. The keto trail mix is from Keto Farms and is linked in my Amazon favorites below.
Keto Sandwich Wrap. It’s been a while since I made one of these, but I love them. I always use a Cutdacarb wrap and stuff with it some lettuce, deli meat, pepperoni or salami, cheese and mustard.
Egg Salad Plate. This is my husband’s favorite cold salad recipe and I love it too! You can find that recipe here. I included a couple of my favorite serving options in that post as well.
Keto Ham Salad. You can find the recipe here.
Keto Snack Plate. I make these all the time and have a couple of post here with tons of easy options. This plate has salami, cheese crisp, pecans, olives, berries, cheese and a JoJo’s chocolate bar. This is the raspberry dream flavor, which contains 4 net carbs per bar. The bars are delicious and I highly recommend them!
Keto Antipasto Salad. Recipe can be found here.
Simple Salad Plate with Tyson black pepper herb chicken strips (from Costco), red onion, tomatoes, cucumber, bacon bits, sunflower seeds, cheese, lettuce and hard boiled eggs. I served it with my homemade ranch dressing recipe.
Creamy Broccoli Salad from my E-cookbook.
This is my favorite sub-in-a-tub from Jersey Mike’s. This is the club sub, Mike’s way, with added pickles. They will put any of their subs in a tub (it’s on the menu) and nutrition information is available on their website.
I also love their hot tubs. This is the Philly Cheesesteak tub with added lettuce. So yummy!
Five Guys Burger Bowl. I always order the bacon cheeseburger bowl (2 patties) with lettuce, pickles, grilled onions, grilled jalapenos, mayo and mustard. You can also get your burger lettuce wrapped, both options are on the menu. Nutrition information is on their website as well.

- Pizza Meatball Bake. This recipe includes homemade pizza meatballs and is a part of my E-Cookbook.
- Bunless Hotdogs. I always buy uncured, all beef hot dogs and top them with my Low Carb Chili, shredded cheese and onions.
- Philly Cheesesteak Skillet. Another favorite from my e-book linked above.
- Low Carb Meatball Bake. You can find the recipe here.
Bunless Burgers are always an easy, yummy option. You can find my baked burger recipe here.
Low Carb Sloppy Joes. This is a favorite in my household! I like serving it on lettuce wraps, low carb tortillas or on a chaffle. The recipe can be found here.
Low Carb Soups. I love making soups all year round. They are especially great for meal prep. You can find all of my soup and chili recipes here.
Last, but definitely not least, is breakfast for lunch. I do this often and have since the very beginning of my keto journey. It’s always so tasty and never gets old. I have a Keto Breakfast Ideas post here if you need ideas.
